My story is not as colorful as Jack’s and Matt’s. I hadn’t really traveled until I met Jack. I was (and still am) willing to go anywhere and see everything. It was when he bought his Harley Davidson and we became involved with the local chapter of the Harley Owners Group that I found how open the road really was.

We rode every weekend, usually both days. Our trips started with long weekends to HOG rallies or week long trips to Bike Week in Myrtle Beach or Laconia. It didn’t take long before we craved something bigger and better.

We no longer ride with the HOG chapter and our rides have evolved from poker runs and day trips each weekend to motorcycle vacations to Four Corners and the Maritimes. We have ridden from Delaware to southern California, up the pacific coast to Lake Quinault, Washington  and back. We have motorcycled through five Canadian Provinces and all but four of the lower 48 states. How is it we missed four states?

As with Matt, Alaska became our next goal. It is a place Jack has always wanted to see and a place I never thought I’d go. I believe I have seen some of the most beautiful places in this country and am anxious to now experience Alaska as Jack takes me to the top of the world.

My co-adventurers and I are happy you’re following along.

Enjoy the ride!
